Leonard A. Cosgrove, Of Counsel, has practiced law for over fifty years. Mr. Cosgrove earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, and is admitted to the bar in California and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of California. Mr. Cosgrove is a member of the Antelope Valley Bar Association (President, 1959) and the State Bar of California (Member of Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section). Mr. Cosgrove served as a United States Magistrate Judge from 1970 to 1994.
